We’re excited to share a new listing syndication option, coming soon. RealPlus is partnering with My State MLS to give our clients access to the HouseCanary Google Listings Program, which displays your listings directly in Google search results, with photos, pricing, and your contact information.

- Direct buyer contact: each listing features a click-to-call option, so buyers contact you directly, with less reliance on third-party real estate portals.
- Built for mobile: the service is currently available on mobile devices, where most home searches take place.
- No cost to you: RealPlus provides Google listing syndication at no cost to our clients, and Google does not currently charge agents to display their listings.
- You stay in control: firms and agents keep full control, with the option to opt out at the company level or for individual listings.
