Real estate professionals now have new ways to utilize RealPlus data through AI
NEW YORK, NY (August 26, 2026) — As artificial intelligence continues to reshape how real estate professionals search for information, manage clients, and conduct business, RealPlus is staying ahead of the curve. As a leading provider of real estate information and technology, the company is advancing two major initiatives designed to bring AI more directly into agents’ daily workflows: the RealPlus MCP server and ProdigyNYC, their next-generation platform.
The RealPlus MCP Server connects RealPlus’ real-time real estate data and functionality directly with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Essentially, the server allows agents to ask their AI assistant to search for listings, assist with customer management, and find market analytics utilizing live RealPlus information. Using natural-language prompts, agents can interact with RealPlus data without switching between applications. For example, an agent could ask an AI assistant to find relevant listings, cross-reference upcoming open houses, organize the information into a spreadsheet, and draft a client email. Answers come from live RealPlus data (RLS, ACRIS, Open Rentals), not the open internet.
Currently being tested with a pilot user group, the MCP Server provides access to 62 tools, with additional functionality planned as development continues and a broader release planned for fall 2026. Security and data governance are built into the system, with authenticated connections and permissions that limit the AI assistant to the same access available to the signed-in RealPlus user.
While the MCP Server brings RealPlus data to the AI tools agents already use, ProdigyNYC brings AI directly into the RealPlus experience.
ProdigyNYC is a ground-up rebuild of the RealPlus platform that brings traditionally separate workflows into one modern, mobile-first application, with AI integrated from the start. The first release will focus on core areas of an agent’s daily workflow, including search, customer management, and reporting. Some of the app’s features include natural-language search, multi-step workflows, listing and neighborhood insights, computer vision for listing photos, and AI-generated reports and show sheets.
This program is expected to begin piloting this fall and will synchronize with RealPlus’ existing system, allowing agents to transition at their own pace while continuing to use traditional tools and workflows. Future releases will expand the platform to include listing and seller management, market and predictive analytics, client matching, and interface personalization.
